The Administrator of the data is HOPSA Maciej Okraszewski. All gathered data is secured and protected with due diligence from access of any and all unauthorized third parties, is processed according to the Data Protection Act from 29.08.1997 (Journal of Laws from 2002 number 101 position 926, as amended) and according to the Act on Rendering Electronic Services from 18.07.2002 (Journal of Laws Nr 144, position 1204 as amended), the regulation of the Ministry of Interior and Administration from 29.04.2004 about the documentation pertaining the processing of personal data and the technical and organizational requirements that all the devices and IT systems should meet when used for processing personal data (Journal of Laws Nr 100, position 1024), and the Regulation of the European Parliament and the European Council (UE) 2016/679 from 27.04.2016 about the protection of physical entities in the context of processing personal data and the flow of this data and the repeal of the 95/46/WE directive (the GDPR).

According to the regulation the Customer is entitled to access the data, to amend it and to issue a demand to stop processing the data. In order to proceed with any of the above demands, the Customer needs to contact the Store at:

The online Store uses the Customer’s personal data only for the following purposes:

  • entering into a sales contract

  • processing the order (issuing documents that confirm the transaction, delivery of the goods)

  • warranty reasons, returns and exchanges

The Customer is not obliged to submit any personal data, however, declining to submit it might result in the inability to correctly fulfill the above mentioned services that stem from the entered sales contract.

With additional consent from the Customer, a part of the personal data can be used for marketing and promotional purposes, especially for offering the Customer discounts, informing about deliveries, etc.

Data such as the name and surname, the address, the phone number and e-mail addresses are forwarded to the following entities at a number of stages of the processing of the order:

  • IT services providers (e.g. hosting) for

  • payment services providers

  • delivery companies that handle the orders

  • the accounting office that provides accounting services for HOPSA Maciej Okraszewski

  • other entities that, according to a number of regulations, are entitled to receive information about the activities of HOPSA Maciej Okraszewski, that may contain the personal data of the Customer.

In the case of opting in for the reception of the newsletter, the Customer’s e-mail address will also be forwarded to the e-mail marketing service provider, used by HOPSA Maciej Okraszewski to create and sent out the newsletters. The Customer is entitled to opt out of this service at any time - this is done by clicking the link that cancels the subscription, found at the footnote of every newsletter, or by contacting the Store directly at:

Only the Administrator, Maciej Okraszewski, has access to the data. The data is stored on a secure server and is kept protected. The data is not disclosed to any third parties that are unauthorized to receive it.

When a Customer uses the Store, the Store automatically collects data about the Customer. This data consists of: the IP address, the domain name, the type of browser, the type of the operating system. The data can be collected via ‘cookies’ and Google Analytics.

  1. The Store does not collect any information automatically, except the information contained in the cookie files.

2. The cookie files are pieces of data, especially textual data, that are stored in the receiving-device of the Store user and that are used for browsing the Store. The cookie files usually contain the name of the website that they come from, their expiry date on the receiving-device and a unique number.

3. The entity that places the cookie files on the receiving-device of the Store User and that has access to the cookie files if the Store operator.

adjust the content of the Store to the preferences of the User and to optimize the functionality of the website; specifically, the files allow the Store to recognize the User an in turn: to display the home page in a customized way, meeting the individual demands of the User.

5. The Store uses two main types of cookie files: session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies are temporary files that are stored on the User’s device until the moment of exiting the website or switching off the software (the browser). Persistent cookie files are stored on the User’s device for a time determined in the parameters of the cookies, or until the User deletes them.

6. The Store uses the following types of cookies:

  1. “necessary” cookie files that let the User use the services of the Store, e.g. authenticating cookie files that are used for services that require an authentication process within the Store;

b. security cookie files, e.g. used for determining any abuse of authentication services within the Store;

c. “efficiency” cookie files that allow data collection about the ways in which the Store is used;

d. “functional” cookie files that allow the Store to remember the settings chosen by the User and to personalize the displayed interface, e.g. in the scope of the selected language(s) used by the User, the font size, the manner in which the pages are displayed, etc.

e. “advertising” cookies that allow the Store to display advertising content more customized in the relation to the expectations and interests of the User.

7. In many cases the software used to browse websites (the browser) allows to store cookie files on the receiving-device of the User by default. The Users of the Store can change those settings at any time. The settings can be specifically changed in a way to block the automatic processing of cookie files, or to at least to inform the User about every instance of storing the cookie files on the device. More detailed information about the options and methods of dealing with cookie files are available in the software settings (the browser).

8. The Store operator hereby informs that any restrictions applied to the usage of the cookie files may affect certain functionalities available within the Store.
